How it works

First, you'll be guided through a meditation to cultivate loving kindness toward yourself.


Next, you'll be paired with another member and share gentle wishes of loving kindness:
May you be happy
May you be healthy
May you be safe
May you be happy
May you be healthy
May you be safe


Then, you'll share a smile with your partner in a peaceful silent meditation


After the session with your partner, you’ll be given a moment to reflect on the experience, allowing the warmth of that interaction to settle


From there, you’ll be paired with another member. Repeat as many times as you like.
